Physiotherapy
Beyond techniques, we have a work method and established principles that will help us take you from the stretcher to feeling better than before your ailment.
Our physiotherapists are extensively trained and specialized in different pathologies and treatment methods, but all are experts in therapeutic exercise.
We address different injuries through the following techniques
Diagnosis
Physical tests and examination
The basis of any good diagnosis. Insufficient physical examination is a common problem. Dedicating time to the patient, listening to them, assessing their movement visually and through tests is the first step for a successful treatment.
Ultrasound
Ultrasound experts will look for possible structural injuries. This will allow us not to overlook possible injuries and rule out their severity.
Electromyography
Advanced and exclusive technology that analyzes the electrical activity of your muscles, revealing patterns and compensations invisible to the naked eye. We precisely detect the real cause of your pain or functional limitation.
This tool allows us to objectively identify postural problems, muscle imbalances and movement alterations, achieving an accurate diagnosis for more effective treatment.
Treatments
Manual Therapy
The basis of a good treatment. Massage and different manual treatment techniques will allow us to relieve and normalize the tissue.
Dry Needling
Invasive technique that uses acupuncture needles to treat myofascial trigger points. It allows deactivation of these painful points and effectively improves muscle function.
Neuromodulation
Technique that modifies nerve activity through specific stimuli. Helps reduce chronic pain and improve neurological function by altering pain signals in the nervous system.
Electromyography
Diagnostic tool that evaluates muscle electrical activity. Allows us to identify altered activation patterns and design specific treatments for each patient.
Vibratory stimulation
Application of controlled mechanical vibrations on muscles and tissues. Improves circulation, reduces muscle tension and increases flexibility in a non-invasive way.
Flow restriction
Technique that partially limits blood flow during low-intensity exercises. Allows strength and muscle mass gains with lower loads, ideal for rehabilitation.
Functional taping
Application of special adhesive tapes on the skin. Provides support to joints and muscles, improves proprioception and helps in postural correction during recovery.
Therapeutic exercise
Fundamental pillar of modern rehabilitation. Personalized movement programs that restore function, prevent injuries and improve long-term quality of life.
