Whether individual or in a group, we have the service that fits your needs, because we always provide personalized training, adapted to your condition, injuries, age and goals.

Patients with musculoskeletal injuries

Low back and neck pain

Back pain is one of the most common reasons for visiting a physiotherapist. Our approach combines manual therapy for immediate relief with a specific and personalized training program. We analyze each case individually to identify underlying causes and develop a plan that improves your condition in the long term and prevents relapses.

Knee pain

Patellar tendinopathy and patellofemoral pain are common problems that significantly limit daily life, making activities such as walking, climbing stairs or practicing sports difficult. Our treatment focuses on an accurate diagnosis using ultrasound and a progressive exercise program, complemented with manual therapy and neuromodulation techniques to recover complete functionality.

Shoulder pain

Shoulder pathologies such as rotator cuff tendinopathy, subacromial syndrome or bursitis require a complex approach. We perform a detailed ultrasound evaluation and apply a combined treatment of neuromodulation, manual therapy and therapeutic exercise. Our goal is to achieve proper stabilization of this joint, considered the most unstable in the human body.

Frozen shoulder/adhesive capsulitis

Frozen shoulder is a frequently underdiagnosed condition due to its nonspecific symptoms. Progressive loss of mobility in certain population groups is a key indicator. Through ultrasound assessment and detailed physical examination, we establish an accurate diagnosis and an effective treatment plan. We have numerous success cases in patients with this complex pathology.

Hip pain

Problems such as trochanteric bursitis or gluteus medius tendinopathy are often generic diagnoses for a joint where injuries are frequently addressed inadequately. Our approach is based on an accurate diagnosis using ultrasound and functional tests, followed by personalized treatment that combines manual therapy, therapeutic exercise and neuromodulation techniques according to each specific case.

Pre-surgery or post-surgery injuries

Whether before or after undergoing surgery, rehabilitation is as fundamental as good surgery.

Anterior cruciate ligament

We have a specific program for anterior cruciate ligament rehabilitation.

1

First phase: during the first weeks achieve minimum mobility of 90º flexion, maximum extension, as well as good activation of quadriceps, hamstrings and correct walking

2

Second phase: strength gain, complete mobility and stability in different planes in static

3

Third phase: the great forgotten one, where plyometrics must be worked on to recover dynamic stability, the ability to apply force at high speed and return to exercise without risk

Meniscus tear

Meniscus injuries can range from small tears to complex ruptures. Our treatment approach is based on a detailed assessment of the type and location of the injury, combining manual therapy for pain relief with a progressive exercise program to restore knee function and stability, avoiding surgical intervention when possible.

Rotator cuff tear

Rotator cuff tears can be partial or complete, significantly affecting shoulder function. Through precise ultrasound diagnosis, we determine the extent of the injury and design a personalized treatment plan. We combine manual therapy techniques, progressive strengthening exercises and motor control strategies to recover shoulder stability and functionality.

Elderly people

Exercises that improve strength, agility, balance, autonomy and mobility. And of course everything they need to prevent:

  • Osteoporosis
  • Loss of muscle mass
  • Cardiovascular and respiratory diseases
  • Osteoarthritis

Age is a number, being fragile is a condition that we can help modify

People with autoimmune and rheumatic diseases

Rheumatoid arthritis

We have extensive experience in its treatment. Exercise is 50% of it. You will have physiotherapists who know the medication, how to adjust exercise in this type of patients, and how to prevent progression. We have some success cases on the web that you can check.

Osteoporosis

The most powerful tool against this is undoubtedly strength training. Our experts have extensive experience in its treatment. We have numerous success cases in our center, where we especially attend to their needs.

Sarcopenia or loss of muscle mass

The other side of the coin of osteoporosis and the silent enemy of the elderly. Exercise is the ONLY treatment.

Ankylosing spondylitis

Loss of mobility is linked to loss of strength and agility in this pathology. We have a specific program for these cases, we can help you.

Cardiovascular Diseases

Training to recover and prevent future accidents is essential. Are you afraid of how, how much and when you can exercise? What heart rate can you reach, what exercises can you do and which ones to avoid? We can help you, we have extensive experience.

Oncology

If you are an oncology patient, you will have heard about the dreaded cachexia and loss of muscle mass, not to mention the associated toxicity of chemotherapy and how it affects the body. But perhaps you haven't heard that muscle mass is one of the tissues responsible for metabolizing chemotherapy drugs and therefore a life insurance that allows patients to withstand more cycles of chemotherapy and that the level of strength and muscle mass is directly related to life expectancy in these patients.

How to train patients with such high fatigue and weakness? It's difficult, but we know how to do it.
